COVID-19 Updates & Protocols
Note: We are seeing lead times up to a few months due to fluctuating stock levels on certain products. If you are looking for a specific delivery timeline, please reach out prior to placing your order as not all items are stocked in our showroom. If you are okay with waiting for your item, we will provide the timeline when your order is placed.

As per the Province of Nova Scotia's current Covid-19 regulations, masks and social distancing of 2 meters are mandatory in the showroom at all times. We currently have a maximum capacity of 10 customers allowed in the showroom at one time. Once we hit capacity, an exterior line-up could occur so please remember to dress accordingly.
Showroom hours are:
Tuesday-Friday 10AM-6:30PM, Saturday 10AM-5:30PM, Sunday 12AM-5PM & Mondays we are closed.
LOCAL HRM PICK UP
We offer free local pick up at checkout for small and mid-sized products. Only select this option if you are able to pick up at our showroom locally in Dartmouth, NS. Once purchased, one of our team members will be in contract when your order is ready for pick up.
Orders may be picked up during the following times:
Tuesday to Friday from 10 - 6:00 & Saturday and Sunday from 12 - 5
SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES
We are currently experiencing longer than usual shipping times for our larger and special order items. The expected time of arrival on all stock will vary and is subject to change at any time due to the disruptions happening globally with shipping and supply chains. We will do our best to keep customers informed on any delays that may affect their orders.
