  1. Eligibility
    This contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lane & Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

  2. How to Enter
    To enter, complete the giveaway signup form by submitting your email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

  3. Contest Period
    The contest begins on the date the giveaway form goes live and ends on March 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM AST. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

  4. Prize
    One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 Lane & Co. gift card.
    The gift card:

    • Has no cash value

    • Is non-transferable

    • Cannot be exchanged for cash

    • May be used in store or online, subject to standard Lane & Co. gift card terms

  5. Winner Selection & Notification
    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The selected entrant will be contacted via the email address provided within five (5) business days of the contest closing. If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Lane & Co. reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

  6. Odds of Winning
    Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

  7. Email Communications
    By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Lane & Co. You may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not affect your eligibility for the giveaway once entered.

  8. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Lane & Co.’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared or sold to third parties.

  9. General Conditions
    Lane & Co. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time if circumstances beyond its control compromise the integrity or fairness of the contest.
